I think Blueprint is the longest—almost a full day! Death Throes is such a classic though.

Wow I just checked out Dan's website and had no idea there were so many episodes on there vs. within Apple podcasts. I will def be buying something.

Pretty sure Blueprint for Armageddon is longer timewise: Death Throes had a couple early episodes that were in the 1:30 range, where all Blueprint is 3+

I think Blueprint adds up to something close to 25 hours? It's been years since I listened to it but it is one of my favorites. King of Kings is also astonishingly good.
