@HardcoreHistory Hey HH crew, just listened to Radical Thoughts and couldn’t help but notice all the parallels to our current political climate. Dan said something like “A Red Scare in our day and age would seem silly”, sadly I believe we’re heading into the Red Scare Part 3.

Every time inequality begins to rise, anarchism seems to as well. This is, in my opinion, partly caused by the rise of automation mixed with high immigration. People are moving down the hierarchy of success, but not as many are moving up. Idk I could be wrong..

Not wrong,but perhaps too narrowly focused on one anger outlet vector (anarchism). When times get tough and stress levels/anger reach societal boiling points you can see any number of weird reactions-anarchism being just one (fascism would be another example).
