There is another way: if I'm not mistaken, you can also fly to Pyongyang from Vladivostok, Russia.

Ja bij mij. Trouwerij in Shanghai, NL passport, visa aangevraagd, werd geweigerd meerdere malen vanwege Turkse stempel.

En vrienden ook. Het was een speciale regeling vanwege de G20 top. Net op tijd kunnen gaan toen de regeling over was.
