The Supreme Court. It is the proper forum for settling disputes. Texas brought a very comprehensive case on unconstitutional election arrangements. They should have let the two sides argue their case and made the call. Instead they punted. That makes them most responsible.https://twitter.com/ScottAdamsSays/status/1347895735736356867 …

Agree, but I would say entire judiciary using catch-22 type standing & laches to dismiss cases on technicalities without having to do any factual discovery is root cause of frustration.

What did they think would happen? What the Supreme Court did epitomizes the arrogance and contempt of the elites. They're incapable of understanding that 70 million people wouldn't be OK with Supreme Court justices serving their own personal interests first and foremost.

I blame the legislatures. They had the power to do what they needed to do. They could have called themselves into session certified electors and forced those that didn’t agree to file suit. Instead they wussed out with “the gov won’t let us meet”

The idea that states have no standing to sue other states who break their own laws to jack the vote and change outcomes of elections is patently absurd and our Supreme Court is corrupt.
