In Upshur County in my district not a single vote has been cast in the two hours the polls have been open because NONE of their voting machines are working.

Yep, you fill out a paper ballot and it’s scanned in, but you still have the paper as a back up. I miss the satisfaction of pulling a lever in NJ, but it’s still a good system.

They should, I even asked when I voted why they were totally paperless. Nobody knew. I voted early luckily. I hope everyone stays in line.
