Hank, loved listening to you. I think when people look at medical costs, they fail to understand its not just the cost of drugs. Its the specialty pharmacies that have huge profits and then the contracts with the insurance co. Obama care cut back on insurance co profits by

reducing premiums. But most insurance companies own PBMs which mean the high cost drugs go through their own pharmacies so they simply shifted where they get their profits from. Its more complicated than simply the cost of the drugs.
