Virtually attended the bloody ribbon cutting ceremony today to mark the beginning of construction of the first maze for HHN 2022 at USH. Yeah that’s a real thing. The ribbon was actually construction tape but the oversized scissors were indeed bloody. And so it begins!

I saw the Walking Dead trailer and started crying. Me and my aunt watched the show religiously together. Unfortunately she passed away from covid a few months ago. Being reminded that we weren't going to be able to finish the series together hurt like hell.
#HalloweenKills use of the phrase "alternate ending" is by far the biggest stretch I've ever seen. I was hoping it would help salvage the movie, but alas it does not
After losing my aunt recently I keep thinking about the scene in Midnight Mass where they talk about what they think death is like and fuck...I hope one of them is right because my aunt deserved something as beautiful as one of those endings
Also get vaccinated please. I beg you. I wouldn't wish this nightmare on anyone. My aunt deserved so much better than to die of covid by herself in a hospital bed, removed from her family
I feel so lost and empty right now. My aunt is still very much alive but in critical condition. It's hard to even think about horror right now, which is ironic cause I wouldn't be the horror fan I am without her. The podcast seems like a long way off right now, sorry.
No podcast for a little while. This week has been extremely hard and I don't think it'll get easier. My aunt, who's like a mother to me got covid. Now she's in the hospital. Even though I'm vaccinated I also covid and I'm feeling fucked up. Keep my aunt in your thoughts.

Yes there's some iffy CGI in that Resident Evil trailer, but Holy shit did I get excited when I saw these two shots. Never in my life would I expect itchy tasty. #ResidentEvil

#FearStreet was once again a great entry. I loved it. Unfortunately I think we need to restrict the use of Wayward Son in any horror movie. As soon as that kicks in I expect Sam and Dean to burst through a door

So... #ResidentEvilInfiniteDarkness wasn't great. First of all this feels like a movie that got cut up to be a show. But whatever. They made Claire into a nothing character. That's a war crime. And the plot around Jason and his actions/goal paper thin and poorly handled

Open House. Just painfully dull. There are plenty of bad horror movies that are still really entertaining but the worst thing you can do is be boring
