Elon Musk just joined a Twitter spaces dedicated to reporters being banned/suspended from Twitter (by the inimitable ) but left just as journalists started to question his logic (namely, that the banned accounts weren’t sharing links to real-time location data)

So far, appears only Democratic lawmakers have spoken out about Twitter suspending journalists. Notably, Rep. Lori Trahan said she met with Twitter officials earlier today and they said they wouldn't retaliate against journalists critical of the platform

Judge Kascmaryk, who was in June smacked down by a 6-3 Supreme Court ruling saying the Biden admin could end Remain in Mexico, makes a last-ditch effort to revive the disastrous program. But with Mexico having already said they’re done with it, his order may be utterly moot.

Journalism students who are applying for summer internships: rejections are a part of the process & they are not enjoyable. They do not define you. I was rejected for every internship I applied for except one. I didn't realize it then, but it was exactly the one I needed.
