NEW: A 30-year-old man died in ICE custody Sunday, according to a source w knowledge of the matter. He had crossed the border after being returned under the Remain in Mexico Program. I've asked ICE for comment.

More details, per source ---> The man had been returned to Mexico with his son under 'Remain In Mexico' after being picked up near Paso del Norte Bridge, he then returned w/o his son near Hidalgo and didn't claim fear when he was picked up the second time.

Congressional requirements described in the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Bill (2018) require ICE to make public all reports regarding an in-custody death within 90 days. They release reports but don't announce them. Idk what you want.
