This isn't an admission of guilt but as I recall from my misspent youth being on drugs would not enhance one's ability to debate another person. Quite the opposite, in fact. So if Trump were smart, (he isn't) he would be hoping Biden was on drugs (& tequila) for the debate.
Donald Trump just said he wants Joe Biden to take a drug test before the debates because, He did so well against Sanders, Trump thinks he was on something.

I doubt Biden has any reason to refuse. I want him to agree and insist on them BOTH publicly taking the test and the results made public.
