    Now how do I know about Neptune and Aristide, because I was there and along with Andrea Nicastro, was the first and only journalist to interview the PM after Aristide was forced onto the plane in and then flown and dumped in the CAR.

    Because they were kept separated from each other and only communicated via telephone once and Aristide never signed a "resignation letter"
