BEST THEORY SO FAR ON THE SYMBOL: It's "T2," which takes some explaining but can be interpreted in dogwhistles as "True Blood," a euphemism for "Blood and Soil" Gist of it is Nazis often substitute numbers for letters in their symbolism and often draw the "T" as a labrys axe.
