In addition to these 4 bills, HB 1307, which will amend the drug sentencing grid to prevent the over incarceration of individuals charged for minor drug offenses, passed out of committee last week and is on to Appropriations. Five bills still moving! #WaLeg

HB 1304: You can't even estimate how much tax the RTA's bond sale contracts will require. Seattle already has unlimited funding at its disposal to apply to transit (business license taxing it isn't using). Car taxes (and sales taxes) for transit are highest in US here already.
