I changed the account of my channel's account when the channel was monetized as soon as the ads changed, the channel became disabled. Without any reason and mail please solve this problem

Thanks for the screenshot. All applications are reviewed manually, so it takes time. If you haven't heard back yet, it means your channel is being held for second review & the best thing you can do is keep uploading more Public videos as more videos for us to review, the better.
