Every time I hear too much Autonomous Vehicle hype I like to imagine an autonomous Kia Ceed being mercilessly intimidated into immobility by a bunch of school kids at a Leicester mini roundabout - who keep triggering its collision avoidance algorithm 1/2

In this daydream the Kia eventually decides the transport of its payload is more important than the welfare of the unruly children and delivers a painful but non lethal blow to one child. All sales of autonomous vehicles end after this incident 2/2
