I’m known to be extremely critical of
@HSReplayNet when I feel like they’ve been doing the wrong thing. That said, I’m really impressed by their response to this incident. Also, having been in the position of writing said explanations at the day job, I can tell you that these are neither easy to write so they don’t make things worse, nor to swallow your pride and admit there was a bug you didn’t catch. It’s easier to just fix and not day anything.
