A bit of an exaggeration since it isn't religion, but a flag & a song, both of which are but symbols of the nation & its constitution. Kneeling is non-disruptive, a silent protest against tragic injustice, similar to flying a flag at half mast, except they kneel respectfully.

Not sure what way you mean the exaggeration. Is it more or less disrespectful to visibly oppose a religious or national observance? But I agree. That's what I said too. It is a non-disruptive protest. Both would be. I support both.

Protesting a religious observance with an anti-religious book in someone's private home - VS - a silent protest that is actually respectful of the flag and anthem, and during a highly commercialized sporting event? I was taking issue with Jasper's BS analogy.
