Fortunately, people from non-western cultures will pick up this slack as they still value the companionship, challenges and satisfaction of family and extended family life.

Yeah, it’s very satisfying for any child to be forced into an underage marriage with her cousin, or any woman to be forced into a marriage with someone she can’t abide, or any woman to be forced to become the third wife of some old fat guy. “Satisfying” my arse. It’s barbaric.

Who’s projecting what? You’re whitewashing the family and community pressure that can be brought to bear on women from more tribal/religious societies, which treat them like breeders. Plus you’re insultingly implying westerns don’t care about family ties and bonds. Nonsense.

observing the decline in western birth rates below replacement levels, the doubling in percentage of western women without children, and the adoration of lonely empty commercial careers ahead of family life. Educated to extinction.

Exactly what i said: prioritising empty commercial careers with employers who won't remember you a month after you've left.

Further the vast *vast* majority of working people don't have "careers." They have a sequence of crappy roles and would be lucky to retire at a sufficient seniority to make £25/hour.

Yep. It's not about the money. I earn minimum wage as a home carer -£6.20 an hour. I loved the work itself.
