Characterising mothers in foreign cultures as caged hens makes it much better, ok.

You're welcome. I make no pretences to being a cultural relativist. Cultures which allow women to decide whether or not to marry and have children are better than ones that don't.

Yes and as I said before, if countries which give women full productive freedom and career opportunities are doomed to failure, this can;t be resolved by taking those rights away to prevent a takeover by cultures which would take those rights away. That just hastens the fall.

That has nothing to do with actively denigrating the role of mothers and motherhood in society as well as creating economic circumstances which make starting a family impossible.

I'm all for creating economic circumstances which help the poorest. People must still be allowed to express their own opinions on motherhood tho.
