but you yourself said that the problem we have identified should be solved with liberalism. so what does that mean if not exactly that? or do you think those systemic socioeconomic circumstances which create preudice have no economic component?

I will soon be writing a thing about universal liberalism - the civil rights movement, 2nd wave liberal feminism, gay pride etc - vs postmodernism-inspired identity politics - see Kimberlé Crenshaw's explicit rejection of former for latter as good example.

I deal with ideology, ethics, culture and psychology. There will certainly be good arguments for and against various ideas of liberalism in an economic sense but you'll need to go elsewhere for those. I do not know them.

but anyways. the problem of prejudice and racism is i think to a large degree a problem of inequality. and inequality in societies are the result of socioeconomic policies. from tax policies, to the education system, health care, social housing, public transport, etc.
