iTunes is asking me whether I want to download it in 32 bit or 64 bit. How should I know? I don't know. Do you know, Twitter?

I feel slightly reassured that there are people less technologically competent than me tho. My mother just emailed me to ask me to Google something for her.

True. I starting using iTunes years ago and now it owns me. There’s no escape.

I despise that software. I refuse to use it. If a song/album/podcast is only released on iTunes, I'll never experience it.

This is why you have the Child. (Short answer; download whatever matches your OS; if it’s 64 bit, get 64 bit. If 32, get 32. For Windows, see https://www.lifewire.com/am-i-running-a-32-bit-or-64-bit-version-of-windows-2624475 … to find out what you have - all Macs post-2006 are 64)

Unless your computer is old, 64 bit. I remember for years being frustrated that windows wouldn't move to 64 bit. Memory management seems to be a heck of an issue.

Just don't use iTunes-unless you absolutely need to. It is somehow the worst, most bloated and least effective program conceived

If in any doubt, use 32-bit which will work on any Windows machine (though may be marginally slower, but not so as anybody who doesn’t measure performance in Planck time would notice).

Check your system version. My bet is 64 bit unless it's very old.

Screw Itunes! Get yourself a record player or a CD player & listen to music w/ physical media. No reason to listen to anything recorded after 1980 anyway as it’s all garbage.
