Here in the US it has to be imminent violence that happens - like “see that guy over there, go kill him,” and then they do. Not some far-off idea about euthanasia in general, whether or not you consider that violent.

Plus the imminent violence needs to be illegal. If you’re arguing for euthanasia to be legal, you’re not inciting violence, you’re making a case for law.

Precisely. If you want to argued that euthanasia is a form of violence which should be illegal, you'd also need to have the freedom of speech to argue it.
