Huh? I am not talking about what laws are in various countries. I am talking about the liberal principle of freedom of speech.

You also said “inciting hatred is too subjective”when European courts seem to manage. And no, you’re talking about the US-only concept of freedom of speech without any consideration of other effects. We European use “freedom of speech” differently, inside and outside law.
