I have now given up on Keto. It worked well at reducing my neurological symptoms but I gained a lb approximately every 3 days and I can't afford that. That doesn't suit me either. I have to do intensive exercise at 8 AM and at * PM. FitBit is in line with the general formula for a woman of my age, weight, height and level of activity.

Forgive my asking, but are you sure that you're not over-exercising? Doing so- especially if you're not recovering or getting enough sleep- can disregulate your metabolism, increasing insulin resistance and making you prone to weight gain...
