One of the things which most bemuses me as a Brit is the frequency with which North Americans will suddenly start arguing about the correct usage of mayonnaise in my mentions, apropos of absolutely nothing. Clearly, this is a matter of some cultural significance.

Regular yellow isn’t sweet, but yellow honey mustard is common here. (My least favorite, but serves a certain purpose)

I liked it at first, but novelty wore off. I like tangy/tart/sharp tastes too much.
