That's because a tribalism of friendship is built on shared experiences/beliefs/values/morals, all which contribute to a bond. It isn't built on a superficial grouping of identity, like race/gender/religion. In terms of tribalism, I would take the former over the latter any day.

defeating Cathy Newman & blaming the phrase "So you're saying." But F Lee Bailey saved OJ with the phrase "Is that what you're telling us?" He defeated Mark Fuhrman w/ the same "phrase" with which Newman was defeated.
