It's not about what crime is taken more seriously - it's that when comparing words to actions, we do not take rape as seriously as we say we do. Roman Polanski got a standing ovation at the oscars. He also raped a child. That's not a culture that takes rape seriously.
Do you think that people voting despite both candidates having been accused of advocating or excusing sexual assault made the general population more tolerant of sexual assault?

You can say Hilary excused sexual assault, but that's different from committing sexual assault. And that's not the only example I brought, it's a recurring pattern. I could excuse Roy Moore to some degree because people cared about abortions more.

I don't say this. I don't know if it's true that she got a rapist off and laughed about the victim or not. I was told this by someone who assumed I was American because I was urging Americans to pick her over Trump. Apparently, I was pro rape culture.
