Yes, that's a different thing altogether. Organisations can decide they only want Christians, conservatives, liberals, atheists whatever. They shouldn't prevent others from hearing them.

I think the mistake I see some people make is feeling that they’re entitled to speak at an organization’s venue. Whether it’s a conference or a social media site, the organizer is entitled to cultivate the tone and types of messages they choose.

Of course. Organisations aren't required to uphold free speech. If they have a science conference, they have the right to only platform scientists. It's when some ideologically motivated organisation decides what *other* organisations in the same eg university may platform...

eg, the Islamic society in one of my universities didn't want the LGBT society to have events and the LGBT society didn't want radfems on the campus at all & the radfems didn't want trans people included and so on...
