And I seem to have regained all the weight I lost despite ensuring that I have remained in ketosis. I'll persevere for the rest of the month but if I haven't lost any weight by the end, I will see if a low carb but also low fat diet will help both my weight loss & neuro probs

It's not even like I have a tendency to be overweight. Without medication, I have always been slim. It's very frustrating.

Or I could just stop eating. I'm so sick of this constant thinking about and measuring and preparing food and suffering deprivation and staying exactly the same weight I am when I just eat whatever I feel like.

I was one of those keto people. If you have metabolism issues then weight loss is going to be much harder. If you can't stop taking the meds that have caused you to gain weight, can you talk to your Dr abt drug alternatives? Get a referral to a Dr or professional who can help?
