When I get that urge I have a couple go-to foods that quash cravings. 1. A tablespoon of peanut butter 2. Pizzadilla - in 1 low carb wrap place some mozzarella & 10 pepperoni, season to taste w Italian herbs n salt, fold it over, pan fry w butter. Dip in 1/4 cup marinara.
