Last week: keto + calorie control = 4lbs lost. This week: keto + no calorie control =1lb gained. It seems clear what I have to do. It makes it hard because fatty food is so calorific you end up not being able to eat very much but the benefits to my neuro symptoms are worth it.
Yes, I can eat a small amount of broccoli and asparagus without going out of keto but only two small portions a day.
