Last week: keto + calorie control = 4lbs lost. This week: keto + no calorie control =1lb gained. It seems clear what I have to do. It makes it hard because fatty food is so calorific you end up not being able to eat very much but the benefits to my neuro symptoms are worth it.

1800 is probably perfect. Whenever I’ve lost weight successfully it’s been relatively slowly (but steadily) with enough calories to stave off hunger and not ruin my metabolism. Currently doing keto as well, for the first time, but tend to eat lowish carb generally.

Ah, yeah not too bad but as soon as you add fats it can bubble out of control easily. Good luck for the next week of experiments =)
