I have answered that there is a restriction. They are not allowed to make anyone else listen. Harassment laws remain.

Having accepted that freedom of speech does not include the right to inflict your speech on unwilling listeners, yes, I really want people to be able to express any ideas without restriction.

Walk away, yes. Don't follow racists etc.

Or do and argue with them. I want to be able to criticise religion. Many people find this appalling and are very hurt by it. It now counts as hate speech and can be prosecuted.
