How is it? No-one is taking kids from parents because they're stable and secure.

There’s the issue of where adoptive & foster children are placed. There’s also the issue of creating biological children of one parent, which is also a concern with single women, etc. I don’t personally see this as a show-stopper but can understand why others do.

Based on a hierarchy of better and worse thans, I can imagine many circumstances where kids would be better off with same sex parents than alternatives, so it depends on what the alternatives are.
