Of course, individual company and org data will only show a gap we need to do anything about if it compares the same jobs and not, say, pilots and cabin staff. @stellacreasy

Two supposed issues: 1. Pay discrimination 2. Average gap due to different roles Evidence of 2 seems to be used to justify “solutions” that would counteract 1. This means we can end up with discrimination against men because women have been judged to be making the wrong choices.
