Hmmm. I have reached that stage of keto where I simply can't face any more rich, fatty food. The thought makes me feel sick. Last time I broke the diet. This time, I will fast. I think a day or two of fasting will make the idea of keto food more appealing again.
Sadly, no. I was having asparagus and broccoli at the beginning but kept coming out of ketosis. Now that I am measuring ketones, I find I can have a very little of them and of avocado without going out of ketosis.
