At the end of 1st month of Keto, I've lost 8lbs, my neuro symptoms have drastically reduced & my skin, energy levels & mental clarity are better. I think weight loss would be greater if I hadn't been doing it wrong for the first 2 weeks & also abandoned it for few days in a sulk.

Also, I found that drinking teas, eating small amounts of nuts and cheese helped stave off my hunger. Pork rinds are also a great ultra low carb food.

Record your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) and subtract 200-500 calories from your daily intake. So if your TDEE is 2400 calories, 2000 is a safe start. Keep adjusting your TDEE every 2-3 weeks as you keep losing body fat to make sure you're safely eating at a deficit

Protein is also a great thermogenic (sp?) substance, as it makes your body work harder to convert it to energy. Have fun! :)
