I don't think they do. Our morals are very human. They evolved, mostly within our prefrontal cortexes, as a way to make us survive & thrive as social mammals. Yes, social mammals mostly. They have evolved rudiments of this too. Dogs have a sense of fairness and reciprocity and they require apologies if accidentally hurt.
