By day 4 of the (resumed) keto diet, my neuro symptoms are much better again, particularly my co-ordination with walking. I ran over a bridge for a train today. Haven't been able to do that for years.

I feels so nice not to be so disorientated (still a little bit) and to move so much more instinctively without having to think about it so much. To want to go in a certain direction and have my body just do as it is told without needing to be reminded of the plan at every step.
