I usually have trouble because when I am moving or whatever I am looking at is moving, I get double vision & this is disorientating & I also have to consciously think about where I am placing my feet & correct for misplacing them so I go in roughly the right direction.

I feels so nice not to be so disorientated (still a little bit) and to move so much more instinctively without having to think about it so much. To want to go in a certain direction and have my body just do as it is told without needing to be reminded of the plan at every step.
