OK, diet update. On the keto diet for 18 days. My headaches much reduced, no double vision, walk much less jolty, balance better but no weight loss. On low calorie diet for last 5. Losing half a lb a day but all those symptoms are back.

No. You lose a lb for every 3500 calorie deficit. I am in 1500-2000 a day. Last time this happened I lost 3-4lbs a week for a year until all the weight was gone.

If I fast for a week, I lose about 14;bs and about 6 of them come back when I reintroduce food because it was water.

That's fine. My waist and bum are still smaller and it's still easier to move around and it doesn't come back.

Honestly, I'm just fine. I follow medical advice and have a nice amount of muscle.
