Possibly. I feel better on Keto or fasting than when I eat carbs tho.

Fasting-ajacent: I do best when I refrain from eating for 15 hours out of every 24 hour period. This confines my choices to times when I make the best decisions (like, not at night) and also seems to give my body a chance to process. My skin is 100x better when I stick to this.
