OK, diet update. On the keto diet for 18 days. My headaches much reduced, no double vision, walk much less jolty, balance better but no weight loss. On low calorie diet for last 5. Losing half a lb a day but all those symptoms are back.

Normally I get dizzy on stairs coz my right eye doesn't quite keep up with the left & this causes depth perception problems when I'm in motion so I have to take one step at a time. But last week I was doing stairs like I used to before nerve damage. Like ppl usually do.
