Please Twitter! Stop telling me how to diet! I know that eating fewer calories than you burn off makes you lose weight and that long-term lifestyle changes work better than faddy "diets" because I am a human adult who has had contact with the wider world.

Talking about diet on Twitter is like “debating” gun reform on Twitter. It doesn’t work.

If you don't want to hear advice on dieting, what do you expect from your tweeps when you post about how frustrating your current diet is?

I think it is important to find what works for you in a specific moment of your life. Accepting that probably your diet will have to change to adapt to your needs when you can't follow it anymore can be helpful too. Prob no one maintains the exact same eating habits through life

Keeping a healthy diet interesting involves being able to change it once in a while, there's no shame in that. And if you find something that fits you and your life stile, that makes you want to keep it despite occasionally being frustrated, than awesome!
