For me, mountains of cooked greens with my protein have worked best for reducing hunger without adding too many calories. Hope you find something that works for you.

This is what I do although i'm not keto, I do backload my carbs which helps me sleep and I still have get up and go for the morning for training

That was my experience as well. I can't tell you how disappointed I was when I realized the satiety everyone says they experienced with low carb WOE wasn't happening for me. You're not alone.

We get hungry for different reasons: change in stomach volume, time since last eaten, blood sugar level, surrounding sounds, sights, and smells, and our learned expectations. Good luck finding your middle path.

It's probably your gut microbiome craving the carbs. This effect diminishes in the longer term. Still, there are no magic weight loss effects with keto. It's still about calories in/out.
