I am finding it extremely difficult to eat enough fat without eating too much protein. Perhaps this is why I am not seeing weight loss. If I have bacon, eggs & avocado for breakfast, I cannot eat any more protein at all for the rest of the day.
I have not. I read one book on the way back from America. I am going to see if it works. @amyalkon was my first adviser on this and then I got more info whilst I was away.
