Just ballpark it now that you've got an idea of what 75% fat looks like and you aren't eating carbs. Weight loss will come but it don't come linearly. Get enough salts (esp K and Mg), fiber (leafy greens ++), and water. This is the essence of keto wisdom, really.

And don't get too stuck on the protein. As long as your carbs are below 20g you can eyeball the protein/carb ratio. Water, salt, supplement with multi, vitamin D and fiber if you're not getting enough from foods. Progress, not perfection! Keep at it girl!
