I didn't. I'm just eating foods from the almost zero carbs plan. Foods which are less than 5% carbs.

Hmmm. I'd start off by continuing to eat what you've been eating, but also logging your food to see if there's anything that's having more impact than you suspected. I'd recommend not eating more than 20g (after you subtract fiber) if you want to lose weight.

Try whipping cream (cream used to whip, not cream that is whipped.) Zero carbs, very tasty and rich.
