What is it that you are eating? What is imperative besides a good macro counted diet is also burning those calories through weightlifting and cardio. That combined with a lot of lean protein and green veggies will shred the fat quickly.

Eating fat on a diet is *not good*. It is imperative that you count calories as long as needed to get proper understanding what is in the food you're eating. Aim for 50g of total fat (450kcal) 100..120g protein and the rest from complex carbs. Exercise. Rinse and repeat.

I don't know that I am. It's not working for me. I lost 8lbs in the first 5 days but then gained it back. However, you can easily find studies and info on the keto diet online if interested enough.

Definitely count calories. With the amount of fat recommended on that diet you can't progress without doing so. Source: lost 60lbs on that diet.

Also be careful that you aren't like me and develop kidney stones as a result. I was lucky I do so many scans so they caught mine before my kidneys got damaged.
