You can make it work, but it's still caloric and carby enough that you can stop your progress with it, if you're like me and are prone to "oh one more cup won't hurt". Definitely track your consumption of it (and everything else) for a few days.

I like https://cronometer.com/ There are many people for whom it's enough to just stop eating sugar and starch and the weight melts off them, but alas I am not one of them. I need carb restriction AND some basic calorie counting AND intermittent fasting.
